There should be a commander ability or mothership module that lets you get turns faster.

yea, it pains me 2 agree with zephy, but no we dont need 2 increase turns, emi just needs 2 bring back black holes and GT's more turns wuld just make it harder for me 2 use them

black holes and turn items really let the powerplayers go nonlinear in growth. I agree with emi's decision.

Hmm no if it was a mothership module the strong would still prevail i don't have a problem personally cause with level 20 cloaking good luck getting my stations but yeah it would totally screw up the already messed up power balance  :2:
