Emi isn't the only one that mod's suggestions, the Senior Moderators and myself moderate it as well, however we usually don't touch it, as that is Emi's job (being the owner/programmer for the game, he deals with all suggestions). Not to mention, we have at least 4 people lined up for a moderator position once one opens up, if they don't respond when one is opened, it goes to the public, at that time, all of the moderators vote on who they would like to join the team.
