- Cloning for max ships works fine again - Royalty for max ships has no use and has been abused in the past, so it will be disabled. - Commanders that reached the max limit and have been recorded in the Top 10 can not give royalties. It is strongly recommended the max commanders do not engage in any PvP after max, and wait for the new round. If there is any involvement in the war for the other Top positions by the already maxed commanders, the involved parties may be disqualified from the round. |
