SO WARS start to be boring, there is a little of attack , and there is no body in the intel so what do you think if every1 hours appears the location of 5 person   ?

i dont play wars but that would hardly be fair on the 5 that are selected and for another reason is intels are commander based as they have to pay the person for putting them on intel

People definitely need to be easier to find. More specifically, active people need to be easier to find.

You could base it on Encounters or Missions, someone having done Encounters and/or Missions in the last 24 hours is a valid target to be auto added to the intel list. Listing of random people is a idea, basing it upon last known location seems to happen anyway with the NEW articles regarding battles. Perhaps CHAOM can sell Intels at a premium.

This is something that not only needs to be considered, but implemented.

People who don't play Wars can hardly understand.

This was suggested ages ago - by myself I think, maybe TZ.

Also - Id add one more thing - if someone buys an INTEL and the INTEL contract isnt exectuted - ie the subject player is not attacked, then the INTEL is reposted again.  Allow a player say 2 hrs to try to fulfil the INTEL before reposting.

Failed attacks are ok - its just the buy up of INTELS inside alliances, its a good tactic - but really kills the PvP opportunities.

well i think if an alliance buys the contact the money should be given to the person who put the intel out in the first place otherwise they lose money for putting it up if its not done

Gah its irrelevent except at the lowest levels of play.

The INTEL is so central to SOWARS - its the best way to find a target, but players can just buy them and delete them.

aye the creds is irrelevant, wars needs more.. well wars... i say if someone doesnt move places for a certain period of time they go to intel terminal.. say... 48hrs? maybe 36 hrs

what about this:

to buy a contract automatically warps you to that system while using the turn cost and any warp items involved. that way if u buy the contract you spend the turns no matter what

Putting auto intels on people who did more then  10 missions in the past 4 hours preferably offline people.
