Title: Incursion / Hidden Encounters

The update will be running on DDAY and after, to be able to see how many CP items are gained, and how the rewards are at higher levels.

Incursion changes:

- only item rewards
- New Items in Incursion: 504 new CP items

Hidden encounters changes:

- only item rewards, more CP, turns and other rare items then in Incursion, but lower payout per alien fleet destroyed then Incursion
- the resource items
- There is a chance a higher power Alien Commander can spawn when all the aliens have been cleared
- Alien commander drops some items AND a higher item of the type, by rarity, right more rare: absorb, attack, accuracy, hitpoints, experience, CP, turns
- Added more hidden encounters in the Galaxy

504 new CP items:

Low-Grade Cybernetic Filter
Enhanced Mnemonic Matrix
Complex Neural Interface
Omega Multi-phasic Implant
.
.
etc

I'm seeing a lot of comments on chat about the credit profitability of the aliens.

May I remind that Incursion / Hidden encounters are not for credits, except for the lower ranked commanders.
We already have secret base, encryptions, ms contracts, encounters for credits.

Incursion Aliens drop the rare items: CP
Hidden Aliens drop the rare items: more CP & resource items, a small chance of probes

Other items from them: Turns & combat, others

- Made the Incursion / Aliens so they always give at least one item when they get killed.
