Its to check what happens after DDay to see what happens with the members when max size is 20 again :P

The extra members are kept but no one can join the alliance until it's back under 20 or until you get a good enough Great Leader % again.Title: Re: Bug or untold update? No idea why that would be happening was just telling FTP what should happen at the end of the round.
