With all the new stuff already in the game and the stuff you are considering that all use up turns maybe it's about time to raise the turns gained from 1 per minute to 1.5 per minute ?

if we did that then it would be like what it was before the mission multiplier.

it would take too long every day to stay competetive.

The turns just set the rate of growth - more turns is faster growth - faster growth means you hit caps faster - so I like it as it is now.

meh turns should stay where they are (1/1 min/turn ratio is simple and makes sense) but when planets/commanders get implemented i think some of them should provide turn discounts to some of the new things like research and mining.

geez raise the amount of turns, id never b able 2 do anything, apart from the fact ive been at max turns for the past 2 weeks if u increased it it wuld b impossible for me 2 get off it

if its raised then to stay competetive more time would have to be spent online.

the gap between the veteran elite and the inexperienced would be widened by the percent change in the turns...

it cant and shouldn't be done

The reason I asked for turns to be upped a little is because of the amount you have to use for other stuff anymore and Emi is going to add more research and possibly crafting so thats going to eat those additional turns up fairly quick, I have been playing this game off and on for several years now and even thought the game requires many more turns now for research and such it is still at the 1 turn per minutes it was years ago and as for haveing to many turns when for some reason I can't stay on long enough to use my turns doing stuff I will log in hit extend mothership and make a few segs just so I don't lose the turns that or drop a bunch in research when I won't be missing them. As for staying online longer to remain competative thats not as hard now with the mission multiplier on both servers you can use those turns in 30 minutes easy besides the people who stay online longer will always be harder to keep up with no matter how many turns you have.

i still dont think the turns per minute should be higher, but maybe on the wars server raising the voting from 20 to 30 turns would be nice

Maybe a research topic that reduces turn usage for encounters?  Or increase your rate of turn production (+1% per minute).  Or if you 100% a mission it uses no turns, or perhaps a mothership item, like the warp travel or mining time, when you multiply a mission the turns used are decreased?  Or go the easy route and just reduce the turns required for research?

Anything really that would free up some turns would be nice I don't know about anyone else but after the mutiplier was put on I have not seen any turn items or black holes. People keep saying they want more pvp but thats not going to happen if you don't have turns to wander around with.

I posted an idea to chan ge warp items to free turns of travel - that would get a bit more movement happening - and the turns couldnt be used for anything else.
