Forum - Space Odyssey MMORPG - a massive free online space game

I dont know what is going on here but I have gone back and read a lot of my post and have found many items changed in my post. which make my post look half baked and written buy an incompentet idiot.  Key words removed.   Key letters etc...  looks like it is some  person going through  to make what they have to say look better.   and I think when the title of a thread is changed to make it look not as what it is, is wrong.  However, Since I am not a 10 yearold moderatory I have no controll over this.  and I am sure others that have a Difference of opinion with a certian moderatory will also find thier post being judiciously edited to make them look like fools with typos and other stuff or words that it looks like a 10 year old is trying to spell but just dont know how.  This is not a huge thing but it is as well since the removal or addition of a single letter can change the entire meaning of an entire paragraph and change the tone of a post.   Luffy you might what to look into this  since you have so much time online you might be able to catch this person in the act. just a note I am changing this to add that if a mod is changing my post,  please have the curtisy to note that you have changed it and date the change so it is known that the post was changed and may not be the words of the poster.  and just might have changed the meaning and tone of the post.

if your post is edited it will say on the bottem of your post


Last edited by ....... If it does not say like this , or if it does not say last edited by me charl or luffy then noone touched your post. Only i and emi have acces to the databse where the posts are kept and only from there they can be edited , but honeslty me and emi have better things to do , it takes more than 20 minutes to search for a post ..  and i can asshure you that we're not doing so.

So unleast it says Last Edited by luffy or charl , noone touched your post.

Thank you for pointing that out.  Looks like Sir E is the one that changed my post.  Sorry for taking up the band width from not noticeing that little tiny print

well if your useing bad word in the post the fourm atumaicaly changes some word to make it sound better lets see now if this would work for an exsample... as in if i were to say the S*it it would atumaticaly change it to: poop - an yes i didnt type nuts... the fourm atomaticly changes certant word that may not be apporiate...

Yea, I haven't changed anyone's posts....yet. Though I might start having to, we're getting a lot of n00bs on the forum now. And if I do end up editing someone's posts, I'll be sure to type myself something to tell you I edited your post, just in case you accidentally miss the fine print as well.

here found another one not good - thats actally me typeing Cr*p but it changes it atomaticaly.. tends to do that with alot of words.. if you try one day to go on a thead and type all mabey bad or could be bad words your see how many actally gets changed... and the cr*p one is annoying beacuse Not Good just overall messes up any sentecne to confuse anyone to what the hell im saying

I guess they just don't want you to use those "crap" words in the first place. ^_^

Yes, but I can't lock it. I'm trying to get us mods to have that ability everywhere, but haven't heard anything on it.

oh well you should go though one day and delete all them older threads, to clear up som bandwaish (your complaing to need more...)

I'm saying we don't need to waste it, and only old threads needing deleted are ones that don't matter at all anymore. Some old threads are good for reading through, which I do all the time.
