Title: Siege Weapons

Here is the idea.

Each Mothership has an almost infinite number of sensor arrays, probes, scanners, subspace beacons, etc ... for detecting other ships, asteroid analysis, and anomaly detection.

What I suggest is that a Mothership Commander can spend time to deploy these devices in a system where he knows a Cloaked Base is located. The Deployment of said devices takes time, and obviously the Base knows it is under Siege, and soon to be found and probably destroyed.

Game Mechanics wise, when you begin siege the Base Owner is messaged and they can try to Sally Forth and prevent the Sieging Commander from destroying their Base.

Assume a Siege takes around a day to complete.

The Sieging Commander can't be in a Nebula, in fact putting the Commander into a Nebula lifts the Siege.

If you Sally Forth to protect your Base, you don't give a Counter from the resulting combat.

I guess you need an option for the base to remotely decloak and engage the Sieging Commander to prevent abuse from alts.

Anyhow, thats the basic idea, could make the War Server more interesting.
