Title: question on warping Post by: AFB on November 27, 2007, 01:17:44 PM Are the percentages of warp chance given the basic one, without accounting the warp stabilisers, or do they account for it?
Like, if I see a guy with a 30% chance, and I have lvl 10 warp stabiliser, are his chances to evade 30%, or 10%? Thanks |
