- You can see the multiplier as a select box when accessing the encryption mission data in the war room - Item rarity has been adjusted on all encryption mission: Most rare items are the +turns, most common items are trade, segments, experience, credits, workers, etc. Multiplier affets: - Multiplier x items of the listed type (good if you find a nice item to multiply ) - Instead of 1 turn, you use a max of 91 turns, about 10 turns per mission (same if you jump around to find something else). So if you leave it to 1 it uses 1 turns, set it to 2 uses 11 turns etc, 10 uses 91 turns. - Slightly increased difficulty, have to kill 10% (1% for each multiplier point) more enemies to succeed... - Same rep gain as if you do Multiplier x of the same type - increase fleet power spawned * multiplier - increase mission reward * multiplier God Speed! Now I think I shan't die at the keyboard (c) (: The more encryption level you have the more chances that you can get a sweet item that you could multiply. Now the turn items may be rare, but it only takes one good item multiplied to refill your turns for about two days if you find it. Also the increase in encryption level only extends the range of items, e.g. a low encounter would only give junk items, while a very high level can give eighter junk / medium / rare / very rare the whole range. Now we compare with comrade who has almost twice less enc. - we have the same stuff - 34+ buffes and 1,5b+ cr n workers (he has'nt em ever, before upgrade).

Derf, I think if VictoRy find a VERY RARE item at Encryption 500 it will be the same as you finding an JUNK item at Encryption 1000 ... Once you find a VERY RARE item at Encryption 1000 you should see much better items than VictoRy does at 500. <- Emi said the same thing in his post. Also I assume base segments from doing a Mission at 1000+ gives you alot more segs per Mission, so there are other advantages to a high Encryption besides items. Also, everyone can see Encryption lvl 1 ... only a few people can see +1000 Encryption Missions. So you don't have problem of looking for good Encryptions to do. Title: Re: Encryption mission multiplier Post by: basill on November 22, 2007, 12:39:03 AM I think the turn useage is to high because after you work yourself up to 100+ missions you can stay in the same spot a long time, the turn cap should be set at 50 that way people who have worked up their level won't be penalized and lower guys can still build up faster.
