sometimes i see high ranked players say there give 150 bil or something for a 5 doller turn donation, and that works, its possible its easy, and it happens.. but seeing a newb say hell pay back pathetic... i would assume an IP ban on this guy.. that and this is in the wrong fourm, try the abuse fourm.
