Title: CP v Mothership Modules.
Post by: Tzarkoth on August 25, 2007, 02:06:42 PM
I don't think CP versions of the Mothership advances are working.

When you install the Mothership Modules you can see the change. The CP advances haven't registered at all. Not that I have done a CP advance for a while, but I can clearly see the Mothership Module advances and it looks like the CP advances have done nothing ?

Working as intended or a bug ?

Last I checked, I could see them working fine. What ability / bonus did you check? Thank you.

Before - Stash at 100 Billion, Interest is at 10%.
With Bank Fraud Program 1% + Galactic Investment Facility 1%
After Stash at 100 Billion, Interest is 10.1%.

Same goes for Discharge Deflection Matrix + Shield Master for ABS%. Only the Mothership Module has any effect. :21:

Same for Worker Growth I think ... in fact I could almost be confident in saying CP %'s are not being added.

Also .. the documentation seems a little off. 0o

As it stands now you can buy a 1% upgrade in Stash Interest, Worker Growth and Shield Absorb ... And receive 0.1%, 0.01% and 1% respectively. Not sure what to make of it ...  kboom

hey, ya i have noticed the same thing. maybe in the mentioned cases the second bonus is giving 1% of the first bonus rather then stacking? works just fine on the biofarm one though. i think it is also happening on the ship building discount ones (+ i don't think that they stack with gold bonus right).

10% x 101 = 10,1 :)
70% ABS x 101 = 70,7 = 71
Price x (0,8 x 1 - Commander bonus)

Formula's work right :)

There is no way the formula's are correct.  :12:

CP advancement on Stash income did nothing.  :2:

CP advancement on Shield Absorb did nothing.  :2:

And in my examples the 1% increase was applied using three different formulas.  :21:

i think its just not showing for the 10%- when i added 1% bonus interest it stayed at 10%- but when i put all my creds it shows 2.02% instead of 2%

EDIT: built a module to increase interest and interest jumped to 2.04% :)

So three people have noticed its not working/displaying correctly.

Here's another one I noticed. The actual worker growth is precisely half what is lists as my percentage growth.

****************

Some fleets, that are exact clones of other fleets in all regards, have different atk %'s. Which is I think further proof that something is out of whack in the code.

Tzargoth unfortunately the system use t2 methods to give you the answer they should be the same and mostly they are but sometimes you get a f**k up, thats a pitty.

well if your growth isnt working for you workers i think that might mean your gold account isnt added for extra growth.
