It wasnt easy doing this list, I had to design each shield on SO but I soon saw a pattern emerging in certain parts of the energy required. The reason I posted it here was because I wasnt sure where to put it and I saw that "newb help" was a topic in this section so I make my own "newb help". However, I will post this list in Design Section.
