and i never bought a ship with gold last round :) (this round i do) so unless i am "really good" that isnt true, I am not one of the best, and i heard there were several other top players that didnt have gold either. Title: Re: Gold account and marines :D Post by: SirEmi on May 02, 2007, 12:36:37 AM Gold account bonuses are pretty ballanced as they are, what I would like to work on is the fleet commanders, the ones that you can hire / find and assign to a fleet. That would be a cool new feature, they will have bonuses to all kinds of stuff, depending on their speciality, e.g. a marine fleet commander to boost your boarding fleet marines, etc. Of course they will have levels and gain experience and new abilities :wow:
Now with the new galaxy structures and technology tree, I have received a suggestion about implementing a Platinum account type, that gives bonuses to research and galaxy structures... thinking about that one too.
