Are we supposed to be able to attack bases and mining facilities? because if we can't then this is going to make things REALLY strange "This is not your structure! I don't think scan/raid is working emi, every time so far it says scan/raid not available...and i do have levels on space station and mining facility, but of all the bases and mining facilities I have encountered so far, it doesn't let me attack/scan/raid them. There is no need to place commander fleets in order to mine / produce / replicate with the mining facility. |
