The max turns cap is for gaining turns per minute like usual. when you reach 3000 turns in this case the cap will stop you gaining anymore turns each minute. To gain any more turns you either need to increase this cap with command bonus or bring special conditions into the mix. For example a black hole will take you over your cap of 3000k upto a max of :21: :wow: i dont know the databases max turns held cap. Same goes for using items and i beleive dontaing. I think thats right (i just woke up and and have meds out my ears (dang flu!) ) sorries if it not. You can go over the max amount of turns by donating for turns, using turn items, black holes or voting. and there is no limit to how many turns you can have that way. last round lightseeker got over 10k turns because he was gaining more then he was able to use.
