I lost my ship which had more than 5bil hit points to an attack of just over 1bil while doing a mothership contract of 45%. Futhermore, the message at the end stated I lost 0% of my fleet and I would like my ship back with its full complement of marines as well as getting this bug fixed as soon as possible.

Only that sometimes it doesnt count youre own ships with the % lost, I dont see anything wrong here, all fleets together did enough damage to kill youre ship.
