Round 4, Pick 38: , WR, - I filled out my No. 2 receiver spot with San Diego's No. 1 wideout. Allen has the makings of a wideout poised for big things in 2014. More and more second-year receivers are making the leap and Allen plays alongside one of the NFL's most efficient quarterbacks. Moreover, last year's rookie sensation is looking to be a greater deep threat this season.
