Every time I come to a particular system with my base in it (i won't say which one, but I'll pm if needed), I appear on intel terminal immedeately. Please note, there are no other players in the system, and the contract appears IMMEDEATELY, so its not the case of someone dropping intel and moving. The contract costs 10 mil. Plz do something about it  10 10 10

thats because you were intelled while u were there, and when u left the contract never went away. until someone buys that contract, u will always have the contract on u while in the system.

The contract is suppossed to run out after a time period that I'm unsure of.

You could move to a different system and ask some buddy to intel you there, and then it will go away  laugh
