Well, actually you can, in a way. You can upload a file as an attachment to a post and then hotlink to it in your signature.

Just click on Additional Options... below the main text field for the post and look next to Attach:.

Of course, if you were to create a post just to host your signature image, make sure you do it in the Testing Forum area.

ut people shouldn't do that, as it uses emi's bandwidth, which costs him money.

It would only cost him more money if we exceeded his monthly bandwidth. However I do agree that you should upload them somewhere else photobucket is my favorite.
