Its nothing again

Since yesterday morning (European time) all expensive items like Electronic Parts en the High-tech Scanner are only bought and sold by CHOAM in 10000 units during European daytime.

But at night it is bought and sold in 1000000 units my income has dropped to a verry low point.
Has this been done to get the European players and give an edge to other people?

Is it a bug?
