Title: Lost password and forget link doesn't work? Post by: SirEmi on April 24, 2008, 01:34:03 PM Here is what you need to do to if you can't / will not receive the password email with the usual forget pass link (http://www.spaceo.net/forget.php)
Register an account on this forum, login and send a private message to SirEmi on the forum requesting a new pass. Include in your message your username, email you registered the username of your commander, and the server he is on, and optionally approximate last time you logged into the account. After that, some checks will be made to verify that you are the owner of the account. When sending the private message, make sure you login to the forum account from a computer that was logged in to your game account. An IP check will be made using your forum IP to determine if the IP was also used to access the game account in question. If the IP you are using is not registered with the game account, you can not get a new password unless you use the forget password to email one. After receiving the personal message, the account will be monitored for 24 hours prior to sending a new pass, to see if there is any activity on it. |
