How does it work? Do I get it if raided and receiving the "Your forces suffered a terrible defeat" message?

You get put into a nebula after losing a certain amount of your fleet power. I don't remember exactly what it is but I am thinking it is 20% of total fleet power.

Need an s-ship? If you have Gold just search Jangos, then select the price you want. If you don't have Gold just pm me for a design.

Lol I don't know I am pretty sure it is 20-25%. But it might be different depending on server.

it's 20% of total power. other wise with no fleet u will never get nebbed. r with a big base power and 1 small pship will neb u.
