I get that there is another station and miner in the system but there isnt another station or miner in the quad.
anyone tell me whats wrong?

That means there is a cloacked base there you just cant see it.

i went to the planet next to me and i could build on it.
i got thur clearing 600mill power reavers and cant build me a station or miner.

hehehe that might be my bases i clear them build a base cloak it and put no system fleet and just laugh when i see some 1 clearing the system trying to get the good stuff.
