yes, but if they do it right they can jave 0 ships, 0 segments, 0 workers and 0 stash and still have over 35 mill power.

I personally can't wait for phase 1...an opportunity to test out my powerful ships with little/no fear!

Phase 2...not so much.  I have a feeling my ship is...not so great against people at/above my level  :))

Emi as I already suggested DONT LET CASH ON HAND COUNT AS POWER OR RAISE THE DDA power alot

I think that would be a little foolish, though, FTP.  The only way then that DDAY could happen is all of the top players just get sick of being the best.  The best suggestion I've seen so far is make some kind of activation event, like an encounter.  Maybe the encounter would have a power equal to a certain % of the lead player's power, or the average power of all players or something.  But that way, players would have to actually make a ship sometime.

Now if someone of the strogn alliances say's ok DD will start it will as they have neough credits to get around 15 ppl more on DDA who cant get off. What is 35 mill power its nothign raise it to 500 mill or sumthing.

3/4 of the guys there are alts. all theyve done is to mass enough money to get over 30 mill power. they cant be taken down.... something gotta be changed -.-

the all have to have over 35 mill :P not 30 , but ok...
I was thinking myself about that money in hand doesnt count for Dday or sumthing...
Or to rise the minimum to 200 mill or sumthing...

Create an alt, vote and extend mothership, save cash and join dday.
This is WRONG!!!!!!
In other rounds, 30 mill fleet power was a lot. Now the game has evolved and grown, so should the amount of fleet power required to join. Cash in hand shouldnt be counted, it has been abused before and I see it happening again.

I know, but it won't be faire that if money doesnt count, they need fleets, and sum1 in top 10 can destroy that easily...

i think you need to edit the list, im glad someone thats not in the DDD follows our plan, we have many allaince that would attack dday members :D
