Can I do anything if I get scanned? Someone scanned me and knows where my base is so that opens me for attack. I think it open me for attack.

lol, your secret base is permanent. if another player scans your secret base it opens it to be raided by that player for 24 hours. after that they have to scan it again. if you have no workers or credits in your stash it does not really matter anyway.
