To all those present or not.  This post to let all alliance leaders that Spayed is on the Teufel Hundens watch list, for actions of his past.  To the leaders that would have him in thier alliance, be it known that the TEufel Hunden will hold you responsible for and action that Spayed takes against the TEufel Hunden and will be delt with as if they personal attacked a member of the Teufel Hunden.  also let it be known that Spayed will then be on the TEufel Hunden hit list from that time out. And any that harbor a person on the Teufel Hunden hit list will be seen as an enemy of the Teufel Hunden and treated accordingly

well since those topics get ignored I put it here since it also falls under general information

techncally it's a hit list topic, but it doesn't really matter, the forum isn't active enough fr placement of every topic to be a big deal, just the ones that are fairly pointless, like "our alliance is peaceful" ect.
