I think a good idea would be to allow good seg items appear in low-level contracts, e.g. +729 seg at lvl 10, it will allow new players increase faster, while top players, won't really be contending on these, due to amount of looking through pages to find small contracts, if they have 300+ lvl achieved. What do you think?

Yeh, cos I was doing contracts with an alt, and its waaaay too slow, good stuff appears at lvl 200

i still like 700 seg items maybe something higher than 20 seg items... like 100's in the 10 encryps

yeah i'm trying both SO and SO WARS, and on WARS, the only real thing i can do right now, which levels my encryption, but not by much, is to do 5-6X on a lvl 5 or 6 mission to get the items for some extra credits, and since there's a huge gap in power levels, i cant really attack anyone, so the PVP aspect is lowered a bit...and every mission is 50 segs per mission so far, so not so fast in the segment section either

just add in a new row of quads on the right of the map... start all new players off there and only allow new players there.. kick them out after they reach over 200 mil power? put in better stuff there to help them start.. maybe more encounters or something

This sounds really good but me and my bro think it should be a certain encryption lvl not pwer. If it was power they can just reserve ships to lower power and stay in there.

Meh, it will be used as a protection at higher lvl.... so at around 5b fp? And seg item suggestion would help too- its kinda hard to catch up.

well the way i was thinking.. after they get so big if they either get kicked out of that part, you could say something like your mothership became too large and was ran out of the system by alien invaders or something... and once they get ran out they cant go back in.. its like a training ground

i've done some programming before so, and i dont know how complicated the SO code is, but just add a variable so when you do get run out it switches and so it stays "off" so you cant go back
ex: if(notpowerful) let in training area else: dont let in training area
where notpowerful is either 1 or 0 (true or false)
i dont know if that would work but if it did it might make things easier
