is there a way to like scroll down on the ranking menu to see other people. not just the top 10 and the one near you?

Nope, you can't. You can only see the people near you. If you want to see people higher than you, then try buying some power ships to get your power up. If you want to see people lower then you, then try reserving some fleets.

hey thanks and sorry about the all caps thats just the way i type but ill stop   ya i wanted to kno the ranking thing cause the other day i got attacked by a gut i kno is in at least top 20 and i wanted to kno how the hell he found me i was about top 200
