How come the "report this commander's location" thingy doesn't work?

Hi all !

I am new here and still learning.

In the "Full Scale Mothership Assault" page, there's a "report this commander's location" thingy that supposed to come with "rewards" or whatnots.

I clicked on it, and then located the player, and then attacked the and won the battle, but there is no reward !!

Is it supposed to be that way, or am I doing anything wrong?

When you click that link, it puts that person's location in the "Intel Terminal" at the ranking page.
If someone buys that persons location, then you can the money
