Ok, so i want to build a space station and mining station in a system. I cleared out the reavers, and got the minerals. Then when i went to build, it said building already constructed in this system even though there arent any. Any help?

Yeah unless you have the scanners to see them you won't be able to see a station already there. You will just have to find somewhere that doesn't have one. The only ways to tell if one is there is to clear the reavers and try to build one or if there is an anomaly that means there is a cloaked station with fleets in orbit around it.

Yeah but there was still a cloaked station there. Unless they have System Fleets up the station won't stop you from mining.

Yes, I had a station that was on cloak and someone was able to park their fleets...
