God, how many times must I say this:

Sir Emi has ruled that unless a person is openly breaking Tos, either in the chat or on the forum, you may not report them in the Abuse section. As unfortunate as this is, Sir Emi cannot possibly deal with all the claims being made in messages alone, therefore he must ignore almost all of them, unless they are dangerous to either the game or someone playing it.
