thats not exactly what i would call abusive. I don't make the rules on this topic but, you shouldn't let that get to you.

as far as I can tell, this is nothing. If it was in chat, your account number would have shown up, so more then likely this is in messagin or elsewhere, and rude isn't disobeying, just yell at him and bash him, but stay within ToS.

IF it was in chat, they DID break rules by going around the filter.  HOWEVER it is only once, and minor at the very most.
