but what are the colours for? And also what are the single letters for? highlighted them...

T= truce
B= base found and you can raid it within 24 hours ( i think correct me if im wrong)
N= hiding in a nebular
C= you can counter this person

Pretty much...

During DoomsDay there will be a D in the Counter column, meaning that you can attack anyone, and that there are no counters given for attacks during that time. Also, during the research stage, once the countdown begins all the researchers will have a D in the Counter column, and can be attacked without limits.

A better way to say it would be:
T = Truce Status
B = Base Status
N = Nebula Status
C = Counter Status/DoomsDay Status
