Making it so you need to have the full 100% ship cost credits before you buy / resupply a ship could fix it... people max out because they don't get to max credits but rather 10% of that value and they design a max ship with max upgrades and then resupply and resell it for profit...

But if you have to have the full value in credits and then issue the line assemble / Gold discounts, that won't work anymore and they will have to get to the full credits value before buying the maxed out ship.

yes emi that will slow it down alittle bit, but not all that much, atm people with a gold account and maxed line onli have 2 get 16% of the maxed amount, if u make it so that they have 2 get 100% of it its still onli going 2 add a week or so at the most 2 peoples time 2 do it, a better way would 2 b 2 increase the maxing amount

Making that you need the creds to buy a ship is pretty useless then everyone will just have way more credits on hand all the time.
