Well on first glance it may seem stupid, but I think you could figure out a way to give rewards based on fp contribution to alliance?

And yeah probably more for suggestions but its regarding rewards and this was an end round topic.

How would you propose it? 100 gold days divided by the % of the contribution to fleet power?

What would happen if 3 people are maxed and the other members also have a good power?

The specifics haven't been thought outyet. This was mostly based on the possibility of rewards being affiliate credit. Chances are on ELITE nobody would max, but you never know. This is assuming they don't.

Reward value is dependant on % of alliance that you make up, only applicable if 3 (or 4?) members without matching ips etc etc. Obviously limitations.

you could just even it out through the top 10 of the alliance. like 1-3 get 25 days of gold 4/5 get 20 6/7 get 15 and 8-10 get 10

The biggest concern about this would be people switching alliances in the last stages of a round depending on which ones are top. Wouldn't concern Nemesis, as I dont let anyone in once the round is well established. (sorry if that sounds a bit presumptuous of Nemesis getting a high position)
To make it work, there needs to be an alliance status, which players earn for their own alliance whilst a member. So alongside regular exp or CP's , you can earn addition alliance points, maybe the biggest being from sucessful pvp attacks)
If the alliance finishes in a position that gains a reward, it is distributed to its members based on these alliance points earned.
That would mean, inactive accounts earn nothing, and alliance hoppers would lose everything they earnt once they left.

Hmmmm... I do like that Idea saturn about the alliance points.

I'm liking what I'm hearing, both borg and sat's sound good. Mine was just a basis idea.

Just put a requirement of lets say of being in the alliance for at least a month before round end. That would partly stop people from gaming the system.

Well you'd have to be as mad as ABI, Wes or me to actually play your alt and let it do something usefull enough to get part of the reward.


And hell you can just kick ABI out of your alliance the day before the rewards lol

its a great idea. keeps been popping up for ages.

have alliance based incentives would just bring in another lvl to the game that i think would be really exciting.

it would obviously need alot of fine tuning but i def think it should be looked at seriously by mr E

Yeah not sure you'd like this but I was thinking if emi's too cheap, just remove elite's top3  cash rewards and use them as the alliance rewards.

i dont really play for the reward. but no reason to have the bonus as a cash bonus. ingame bonuses i would prefer

if you play for the money well no point really playing for such little $ to get over 2 to 3 months lol

only play for fun i reckon because it just a game regardless if you pve, pvp

Believe it or not, some people do play for the money. Two reasons are, it shows that they have one something, and they are either egotistical or want to be proud of something. Egotistical, bad, being proud of something, depends, really. The other reason is a lot of teens play this game and some may see it as a bit of money on the side.
