no point dismantiling them if ya cant get many segs outa it
Um 10 to 20% of the total number of segs in it is a lot... Thats 30 to 50% of the total number a segs put in to a planet a day.

hehe not alot of a noobs planet for a top 10 planet maybe Ya thats the point do discourage wiping out noobs planets for segs... If new people cant make planets it kind of discourages them from playing the game as well and making planets semi-pointless after a few weeks in to a round.

haha ok you have a point , limiting the amount you can take a day is good, but i think you should be able to take it all eventually True you cant take 100% of the segs from the planet unless you spend a ungodly amount of time at it due to diminishing returns from each grab. On day one you take 50% of them or 500 segs there are now 500 left On day two you take 37% of the segs or 0.37 * 500 = 185 segment leaving 315 left etc etc etc I agree this solution is sub optimal but sub optimal is better then broken.

Well remember there is a "bottom" amount aka the amount you get when you first build a planet (100b colonist) so it shouldn't never go under that from the segment dismantling though combat is a different story I do like the ideas of 50% return so the one taking is getting something but not the same amount of the one who spent making the planet yes profitable to the point but not able to have alts "abuse" the situation to a exterme point. Though it requires credits and segments and increase the population Capacity by 10m colonist so how about using the 50% thing... Decrease Population by 50% of the total segments dismantled it requires double the credits of the orginal cost (meaning the 50m credits increase is now by 10m Capacity now takes 20m to take 5m cap) using that figure out how many segs removed with a maxium of 1/3 the planet per 48 hours, this allows the defender to retake the planet before the planet becomes "dead" and allows the last owner to salvage some of what he/she spent and allows the attacker to make something off the planet. Plus big players don't need to take more segs per hit after all they probably didn't lose much (other then turns) to start with so what they get would be no matter useful to a point.... Please for all that is good in spaceo post how you plan to implement it before you add it as an update. Let us tell you what we think of it. You dont have to listen to us but it would be nice as we may see issue you dont.
