Interactive missions

The interactive missions have been revamped to make them more enjoyable.

- removed most of the dead ends and double fail scenarios. Since this had made for an easier access to the rewards, especially turns / cp, don't expect same cp / turn rewards. The CP / turn rewards depend on how many turns are used in the mission and in the right way, follow the right path and don't fail and you should get great rewards.

- balanced rewards some more, some missions had their rewards increased, depending on the ratings given by you

I will also add new missions very soon, so be sure to complete the missions you where working on.

Yes, they get $1 in affiliate credit for each step the mission has, provided the steps are not identical.
