messaging/trucing problem

k, I don't know if this has to do with messaging itself, or just the truces...  or both...

but when I tried to accept a truce, I got this:

on a side note...  exploiting a message system bug?  I hope it's logged, because if it's with the message system, how exactly would I message ingame to E(#1) anyway...
