if i remember correctly, royalties are delayed by a couple days after purchase and based on commander level

it did seem to me that the royalties had an additional delay, but now they appear to be trickling in

please note.... you do NOT receive royalties for ships that you've deleted the design blueprints for, when the design blueprint is deleted, the system "forgets" who designed the cloned ships
