I removed a few mods ranks that were highly inactive yesterday, and I also filled their roles with
V - Head Moderator
and
Saturn 7 - Moderator II
I may be adding another Moderator I in the near future, but as of now I don't see it needing to be done.

@Wes, I think they can treat normal mods like regular users whereas other mods can't ban each other, etc. Dunno though.
