Something like this has been implemented, it's called a referral system. And lay off the caps.

referal system= a system where you post a link, and people join using it and you get 2% of the amount of ships they resupply. It's in the account page, click the account button to get your link and all the info on it. And you should register on the forum.

Register for the forum first, then read the manual/guide in the upper right hand corner in the game. It'll help you a ton. Also, use the search engine before making a post, helps prevent duplicate threads.

We're freaking over cpas because it is one of the 7 signs of a spammer.
7 signs of a spammer:
types in l337 a lot
uses all caps
spelling is incredibly bad
posts have little to nothing to do with the topic at hand
Starts threads in the wrong places
Starts threads about something totally useless/stupid (exp, post viruses suck, stop them here to stop viruses)
Flames moderators for getting on them about being off topic, using all caps, ect. and deleting those posts.
This is why we fret. We've been lucky so far and have practically no spammers, but we've got to get some eventually, and we won't to be able to cut them off asap.
