SO WARS - Intel contracts improvement and power fixes

Added following updates on SO WARS:

- auto intel on players that are inactive for 24 hours
- auto remove mothership from Galaxy if player is inactive for 45 days, intel contracts removed on inactive player

- improved Intel interface, you will see the power percent and warp evade chance of the target before choosing to accept the contract

- fixed some power calculation issues where the real power was not reported properly before the attack


The auto intel and Intel interface improvement will be added to SO Main asap.

What do you mean by 45 Days of Inactivity

Not logging in to the account or not spending any turns?

Ken I'm not sure how it matters which way it is done.
I mean it just removes you from rankings not deletes your account.
Also love the intel interface upgrade

If the intel contract is removed due to player being inactive for 45 days, you don't get any credits.
