I have been asked many times by commanders to make a player friendly version that particulary children and family can enjoy.
This is the PVE server, no prizes or glory, only fun 1

To register on the PVE Server, just go to the register screen and select SO PVE from the server list.

Space Odyssey PVE     
- Battle the Aliens PvE oriented
- No Remote / No Full Assaults on your commander, only station / galaxy fleets combat
- Lots of missions, items, fast leveling
- Player controlled rounds every few months

Yea the PVE and Wars as you got davey to play for you on the regular 16

But Sir Emi? I have a question.. As everything is "secret" from eachother.. with powers / ships / segs / etc.

Shouldn't the alliance ranking page be ??? everywhere aswell ? confused

Personally I see no reason to hide the commander stats I mean if you can't see where they are how do you know how close you are to catching up. 2 Also several people have said it will be/is a boring server but you need to keep in mind that for most things being added to the game the pve server will be a much better place to test and balance upgrades.

Yeah the PVE will be pretty boring and all, maybe not when the Alien Invasion starts, but it's designed for people that don't want to lose their nice ships, and also for the family play, so you trade the pvp adrenaline rush for a nice and friendly game, it won't be like SO WARS / MAIN but then again it's not meant to be like that...

I'm not expecting a lot of commanders to play on it, it's just a need that some players want to be safe from others and grief tactics... the space stations should offer some nice pvp tough...

You can look at it as an experiment, when someone complains that they lost too much in PvP, I can just point them to the PvE server now...  21

P.S.: Maybe this will also reduce alts use on the other servers a bit... 21

This will reduce the alts players use for testing. but most alts are for attacking and stuff like that

No glory as in: No hall of glory? or just not as special as the regular server?

In other words: Will there be a hall of Glory? I think there should, 'cus you're at least playing for SOMETHING then 16 But that's just me 1
