Different type of Attack penalties

I know that each type of attack has a % of your atk that isn't used. Like a regular is near full and boarding is lower. Could anyone tell me what the percentages are?

No, not that. I'm pretty sure that when you board your weapons only do like 60% of their atk before abs/acu. Can anyone tell me if im wrong?
