4) You could have broadcast that in a number of countries, only so much being visible.

just a note here but if it's not allowed... then why is it not in any rules area? I actually agree with qe2eqe... what he done may have been rude, innapropriate, gross and disgusting, but if it's not against the rules, and it's in an area that is specified that things in there may be innapropriate... he did nothing wrong. this is of course me assuming it is NOT in the rules to not post that kinda thing... because tbh, most terms and conditions for forums by default has something saying to the effect that you can't post that kind of material, and in that case, this point is null and void, and he SHOULD be banned... immediately.
if it's public, it should not be there. and what is public? I like the definition one place gave for it. if someone can get to it without having to use a password or anything (ie, get to it by just browsing) it is public, and should follow such guidelines.
--edit: what I am saying here, basically, is if it's not in the rules... please edit the rules so that it does state it is not allowed, delete the offending material, and then if he does it again, THEN ban him.

actually ars68, it IS against the rules.
in the forum rules area:
1. Respect the other community members, and the moderators.
there are children here, and countries where what he posted is illegal not matter the age. Thus he did NOT respect the other player's right to not be exposed to such images.
Idk about banning him, as loong as he behaves, but he was in the wrong.

actually ya, I just came back here to post this, so yes, this was defenitelly against the rules. as far as it being against the law... idk about that. because 1: it's not based in US iirc, and 2: I believe it does have to show so much... otherwise how would we learn about it in health class as we're growing up? lol regardless, it IS against the rules |
