u all contradict yourselves.

you want more turns but less time grinding? yea sure, my favorite color is blue but i like red better.

fewer bonus turns = fewer time using turns to grind to stay competetive = more people playing competetively = a nice big pat on the back for everyone.

I think it depends on whether you grind missions and encounters, then turns is a major issue. The interactive encounters swallow turns big time. Travelling around for the missions comes a close 2nd!  Incursion aliens are a big grind, but low on turns, ( but only worthwhile at certain stages of a round)  Hidden aliens are a good turn user , but Usually the rewards are worth it (again depending on what stage in the round etc)

So I can see where people contradict themselves, it depends on how they are playing.  It just requires a bit of balance in playstyle.
Unfortunately, to compete with the donators you have to grind and grind to get anywhere near them.

( not that I have to tell you whats what in this game Jessie, I was just giving more in depth detail in how I agree with your statement, but also agreeing with the grind/turn complainers)

we want turns, the only way to get turns is to grind out aliens for hours at a time, we dont want aliens we dont want to have to grind them but to finish high you almost have to.. we want it to be like it used to where you could find turns in the galaxy and make good there.. not grinding out aliens end on end

well if u dont get turns from finding aliens then no one else will, so u wont have to do that to finish high

Yeah I think the complaint was people had to grind in order to find +turns items/mission/blackholes.

mayb at the start of the round, have people decide a play style, grind encounters, grind missions, or pure pvp, and depending on thsoe chpices, make certain actions worth more/less, change turn bonuses, ect. thus everyone can play how they want, but could equal them all out giving all playstyles equal chance to reach top ten.

or how about make it so you only have 1 turn per minute...  I still find that idea completely silly.
example:
I'm at 1200 turns total... I've been playing approximately 20 hours worth
person b got extra 1200 turns so now has played 2400 turns total, approximately 40 hours worth
we both started 20 hours ago
other person has 'been playing' for 40 hours.

does that make any sense?
I swear this is the only turn game I've seen that makes turns into a commodity, not a limited resource
