For money, missions with solid ships is the best, steady way. I like bounties, especially those at low levels when no one uses marines. Bounties should help you with both problems. Get a super, replace the weapon with a special and board for best results.

For bounties? I use all the fleets of have of my top ship and 10 fleets of dummy ships, or ships that have 1 hull
