mining/building facilities

when you mine carbon can you sell it on the market? and when you build a facility after mining doe i get built in the system your in or at your astteriod base? also can the Facilities you build be destroyed when some one attacks you in an any form

atm, you can not sell minerals, and facilities are not built at any star, adn cannot be destroyed at this time.

I think the facilities are add-ons to your mothership.
